The guarantee covers the quality of our work. The funding decision is always made by the funder.

Let us know in writing within 14 days of the work being delivered to you or of the flaw coming to light.
We fix it free of charge
We correct or complete the work at no extra cost.
We refund the fee
If the issue cannot be resolved, we refund the fee for that stage of the work.
Terms of the guarantee
Questions about the guarantee?
- The guarantee applies to companies that have signed an engagement agreement with Novus Victoria, and to the services named in that agreement.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, tell us in writing within 14 days of the work being delivered to you or of the flaw coming to light.
- We correct or complete the work free of charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, we refund the fee for that stage of the work.
- The funding decision is always made by the funder. The guarantee covers the quality of our work, not the funder’s decision.
- The guarantee does not cover external costs, such as official fees or third-party services.
